根据文章报道的病例结果，遇到迟萌的病例还是需要开窗助萌。

case1	16	7岁11月	8岁时fenestration	5个月后自行萌出	ameloblastic fibroma
case2	26	8岁3月	8月5月和9岁1月fenestration	在第二次后就自行萌出了	ameloblastic fibroma with tooth-like structure	注27牙胚矿化较晚
case3	16	9岁8月	10岁3月先做得fenestration，然后加的正畸牵引	7月后完全萌出	myxofibrous tissue of the gingiva
case4	26	7岁7月	8岁10月做fenestration	1月后萌出	myxofibrous tissue of the gingiva
